My name is Tierra Allen and I am from Atlanta Georgia. A few things I’m interested in are traveling, working, cooking, eating, and helping people whenever I can. I’ve never lived anywhere else but I have been on a few trips out of the state before. My family and I have been to Florida countless times, California, Tennessee and South Carolina. For every trip, my father would take us to homeless shelters to help out and we brought clothes to donate for kids who didn’t have much. Those experiences helped my brothers and I to be very appreciative of what we have and How blessed we are. I always looked forward to those parts on the trip because it felt good to give back to the less fortunate and it always made me happy. My desire to help others came from those experiences I had as a kid. I want to help people in any way possible; this is where my passion for nursing came into effect. I want to help and treat sick patients and I want to be able to know what exactly is the problem with them. Being a nurse will help fulfill that eager to be a useful person.
